The Costa Blanca is the name given to more than 240 km of coastline in the province of Alicante, Spain. The tourism industry is highly developed there. The coast stretches from the town of Denia in the north, behind which lies the Costa de Valencia, to Torrevieja in the south, with the Costa Calida. It includes most of the tourist destinations including Benidorm and Alicante. The average temperature is 18 degrees Celsius.
